  1. If you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled pickup time to avoid any cancellation fees.
  2. Reservations canceled with at least 24 hours' notice will be eligible for a full refund.
  3. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  4. A partial refund will be provided for cancellations made 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time or for no-shows, with a cancellation fee deducted from the refund amount.

  1. To request a refund, please get in touch with our customer support team via email or phone, providing your booking details and reason for cancellation.
  2. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the reservation process.
  3. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or service disruptions beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or vehicle breakdowns, we will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives or reschedule your reservation.
  2. If we are unable to fulfill your reservation due to such circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule, based on your preference.

Certain fees, such as processing fees or fees for additional services requested, may be non-refundable even if a reservation is canceled within the allowable cancellation window. These non-refundable fees will be communicated at the time of booking.
